For Cash On Delivery orders, we kindly request that you make the payment before opening the package.

 

Once an order has been confirmed and shipped, it cannot be returned unless the product is faulty, the incorrect amount, or not what you ordered.

 

All orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days. In the event of a delay, you will be notified immediately.

 

If the provided address is invalid or cannot be located, resulting in the return of the product, shipping costs will be deducted from any refund or reshipment.
